Fill the recommended amount of Steel Seal® into the cooling system of your engine via the radiator or expansion tank.

Switch on the heater & fan and let the engine warm up to operating temperature and then for another 30 minutes.

White smoke from the exhaust
[Click]White exhaust smoke occurs as a result of a defective CCD when cooling water enters the combustion chamber via a leak. The cooling water entering the combustion chamber is burned together with the fuel. There is a risk of water hammer and total damage to the engine. Steel Seal® closes this leak and restores the tightness of the CCD.
Oil in the coolant
[Click]Oil in the cooling water impairs the cooling performance, coolant in the oil reduces the lubricity of the engine oil. This oil-water emulsion leads to extreme wear within a very short time and threatens irreparable damage. As long as the engine still starts and runs at idle speed, Steel Seal® can completely repair this damage on the cooling water side.
Loss of cooling water
